Established in 1993, our casual hotel is family-built, owned and operated.  Conveniently located on Parkway Avenue, you will find our location has easy access to the Root River State Trail and is within walking distance to the Commonweal Theatre Company, multiple restaurants and bars, retail shops, the city park, and the Root River!

Open most of the year, the family and group-friendly Cottage House Inn has 13 standard hotel rooms and two apartment suites. It is November 1, and we are expected to reach a high of 70 degrees!  These above average temperatures in October and now November have kept our bicycling season going, but we know the Fall season will soon change into the Winter season.  Late Fall and early Winter in Lanesboro mean more quiet and less bustle.  But don't let the quiet fool you - we are still open and ready...
